http://snapshot.debian.org/ -> Usage:

It may be necessary to ignore the Valid-Until header within Release files, in order to prevent apt from disregarding snapshot entries ("Release file expired"). Use aptitude -o Acquire::Check-Valid-Until=false update or apt-get -o Acquire::Check-Valid-Until=false update for this purpose.

use e.g.# aptitude -o 'Acquire::Check-Valid-Until=false' and this will be no problem anymore.

And no, “Acquire::Check-Valid-Until=false” is not acceptable.
It may be for lenny (but even there, we have third-party repos
with valid keys, and MITM considerations), but definitely NOT
for snapshot.d.o, since that’d be only one line on an otherwise
more up-to-date Debian system.

But that’s what They™ call progress. Bah.
