FreeBSD? Nope.

On my laptop's hard disk, I have this small secondary partition that I use to fool around with. It's had installations of all sorts of things, including Debian woody (back when that was still stable), MacOS X (which came with the thing), ubuntu, and (currently) Gentoo. The motto being that you can't love your own system (in my case, Debian Unstable) unless you know what other systems look like.

Since I'd gotten tired of Gentoo by now, I wanted to try something else. As $SUBJECT probably tells you, that something else was FreeBSD for PowerPC this time.

Only after booting I found out that my keyboard doesn't work. As it apparently is documented.

Well, that's it, then. No FreeBSD for me. Let's see what NetBSD looks like.
