Service announcement: Planet Grep moved to a different server

The old server was having hardware issues, so we've moved the set-up to a different machine. The DNS has been updated, so you should be reading this from the new location already.

Now while I don't expect any problems, I can't exclude them yet; so if you do find something odd happening, do not hesitate to tell me.
